Currency Conversion for Expeditions

Currency conversion is an automated process that translates order values into the currency of the destination country based on the current exchange rate. This feature is essential for international shipments, ensuring that prices align with local currency conditions.

How Does It Work?

Automatic Conversion

Once currency conversion is activated, order values are automatically converted into the currency of the destination country of order. For example, orders shipped to Croatia or Slovakia will have their prices automatically converted to euros (EUR).

Current Exchange Rate

The conversion is based on the current exchange rate, ensuring that the resulting prices always reflect the currency's up-to-date value.

Cash on Delivery Note

Currency conversion applies only to the value of the orders. For cash on delivery (COD), the amount remains in the original currency and must be adjusted manually.

Activation and Functionality

Currency conversion can be activated through our customer support. Upon your request, our technical team will enable the service, and orders will be converted into the appropriate currency based on the delivery country.
