Stocks
In the Stocks section, you will find an overview of all products and their current stock levels. This overview allows you to quickly see how many items are available, how many are reserved for customers, and what is scheduled for inbound.
Stock levels
QTY available - Shows the number of units currently available for sale and not reserved.
QTY reserved - The number of units already reserved for certain expeditions. Clicking on it will show which orders the items are assigned to.
QTY stock - The total number of units physically in stock, including reserved items.
Awaiting inbound - The number of units that are waiting for inbound. If you have created a stock advice, this will show the quantity expected to be received. Clicking on it will reveal the stock advices where the goods are awaiting processing.
Required - The number of missing units needed for reservation to orders. Clicking on it will show the specific orders where the items are missing.
Stocked LOT Products
In this section, you can also view the inventory status divided by batches if LOT evidence is enabled for the product. For each product, you can easily monitor how many units you have in stock from a specific batch, including their expiration dates.
How to Monitor LOT Expirations
If you need to track batch expirations more effectively or identify expired goods, you can download an export of all LOTs directly from this section. The export provides an overview of all warehouse batches, including their expiration dates.
