Logging into Mailship

To access the Mailship portal, go to the www.mailship.com website and click the link in the top right corner (Sign In), or use this direct link: Mailship app. You will always log in using your email address and password.

How to Create a New User

Need to create a new user? We’re here to help! Just contact our customer support, and we’ll take care of everything for you.

1) Information Required to Set Up a New User Account

To create a new account, we’ll need the following details from you:

Mandatory Information:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Organization

Optional Information:

• Date of birth

• Address

• Preferred email language

Important: Two users cannot share the same email address or phone number.

The phone number is essential if you need to reset your account password.

2) Account Activation

Once we’ve created your account, you’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account and set up your password.

3) Setting Your Password

Click the “Activate Account” button in the email to create your password. After setting your password, you can log in and start using the system immediately.

How to Reset Your Account Password

Forgot your password? No worries! Follow these steps:

1. On the Mailship homepage, click the "Forgot Password?" button.

2. Enter your email address and phone number.

3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
