Notification Center

In the Mailship portal, all notifications and alerts can be found under the bell icon in the top-right corner. Clicking on it will show you the latest notifications and provide a quick overview of important updates. For more options, click “Show all notifications”. In this section, you’ll also find Alerts, displaying the number of critical tasks requiring your attention.

Notifications

The notification overview lists all unread notifications, which you can mark as read as needed.

How to Set Up Notifications?

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Create a Rule: Click the “Create” button to set up new notifications.

    • Notification Type: Choose the type of event you want to be notified about.

    • Delivery Method: Decide if you want to receive notifications via email, in the Mailship portal, or both.

    • Subscribers: Specify which users the rule applies to—you can select one or multiple users.

  3. Confirm and save your settings by clicking Submit.

What Types of Notifications Can Be Set Up?

To track key events easily, you can select from the following notification types:

  • Minimum stock for product: Alerts you when stock for a product falls below a specified minimum.

  • Minimum stock for product group: Notifies you about low stock for an entire product group.

  • Stock advice status change: Informs you about specific status changes in stock advice.

  • Complaint status change: Alerts you about status updates in claims based on your settings.

  • New inbound stock: Provides information about completed stock advice and the creation of an inbound receipt.


Warning

In the Warning section, you’ll find critical system notifications, such as the number of incorrect expeditions or claims awaiting your action. Clicking on an individual alert will take you directly to the corresponding section in Mailship, where you can address the task.

These alerts help you stay informed about important situations in the Mailship portal, allowing you to respond to potential issues quickly and efficiently.
