Handover to Carrier
We dispatch orders as parcels and pallets. Carriers arrive daily at agreed times, ensuring every shipment is ready for pickup on time. Below, you’ll find details about the different shipping methods:
Parcel Shipping
Parcel shipments are handed over to the designated carrier after being packed and labeled. The handover takes place at regular times agreed upon with the carrier. Here is the list of departure times for couriers:
Pallet Shipping
For larger orders requiring pallet shipping, please contact customer support.
Follow these steps to process the order in the Mailship portal:

Inform customer support
Once the order is placed, send the order number to customer support. After packing, you will receive information about the weight, dimensions, and shipping cost.
Once the pickup date is agreed upon, the carrier will collect the shipment.
Personal Pickup
This option is available only in exceptional cases and exclusively for corporate clients - not for end customers.
Orders can be picked up once they reach the status: Waiting for carrier.
Please have your order number ready when collecting the order.
To process a personal pickup in the Mailship portal, use the following details:
