Errors Related to Orders: Resolution Process
During order processing, various issues may arise that prevent smooth delivery. These orders are marked as invalid or delayed and cannot be completed or sent to the shipping carrier until the errors are resolved. Below is an overview of the most common types of errors and our procedures for addressing them.
Errors We Can Resolve Internally
If the error is straightforward and can be corrected by us, our customer support team will fix it and proceed with the order. Common examples include:
Incorrect postal code
Delivery address too long
Incorrect recipient name
Once corrected, the order is shipped to the customer as usual.
Errors Requiring Customer Collaboration
Certain errors need to be resolved in collaboration with the customer because they require additional or modified information. In these cases, we contact the customer to request clarification or changes. Common examples include:
Incorrect phone number
Parcel too large for the pickup place or box
Non-existent delivery address
After the customer provides the necessary information or confirms the changes, we update the order and hand it over to the shipping carrier for delivery.
By following this process, we ensure that all orders are properly prepared and delivered according to expectations.
