Order Packing
After the order is picked in the warehouse, it goes to the packing area. We use new, strong cartons (small ones are three-layered, large ones are five-layered) and fill them with protective material (e.g., bubble wrap) to keep the items safe during transport. After packing, the box is carefully sealed and a shipping label is attached. Finally, the package goes to the sorting line, where it is sorted by shipping carrier.
For larger orders, it is possible to use multiple packages if the shipping carrier allows it.
Packing Guidelines
Each client has their own packing instructions that describe exactly how orders should be packed. We agree on all the details and write them down, so the packing is always done as expected.
Want to Use Your Own Packaging?
If you would like to use your own packaging, such as boxes with custom print or your own tape, it is important to arrange this in advance. This agreement must be included in the packing instructions. Please contact our sales or customer service team.
Additional Packing Services
We offer the following additional services for specific needs:
B2B Orders: Each package includes a packing list, and a summary packing list is added at the end for the entire order.
Invoice Printing: The invoice is included directly in the package.
Fragile Shipments: The package is labeled as “Fragile” and packed with extra care.
Eco Packaging: All packaging materials, including tape, are made of paper.
How to Activate Additional Services
You can select these services when setting up the shipment. For eco-packaging, please arrange it in advance with customer support. For more details on these services and how to activate them, see: Services and Functions for Products.
