Non-Partnered Shipping Carriers
If you need to send packages using a shipping carrier that is not part of our contractual network, but we already support basic label printing for them, we can still assist you with handling your shipments.
What You Need to Know:
Label Support: For some carriers outside our contractual network, it is possible to print labels directly from our system. These labels are important for handover to the carrier.
Data and Reports: Transferring data to the carrier (e.g., shipment lists or package details) is mostly your responsibility. We only handle the creation and printing the labels.
Shipping Billing: Shipping costs and payments are managed directly with the carrier. A handling fee will be invoiced by us.
Limitations:
Shipment Tracking: Tracking may not be available directly in our system. You may need to track shipments in the carrier’s system.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Processing: COD reports, transfers, and related processes are handled directly by the carrier.
Carrier Support: Technical or operational issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
Shipment Tracking in Our System: For some carriers, tracking is available directly in our system. If not, tracking is done via the carrier's portal.
