CZ: Allegro delivery

This integration allows us generating shipping labels for orders placed on the Allegro marketplace. Communication is facilitated through the Allegro API, with no direct interaction with the shipping carrier.

How to Set Up and Use the Integration

1) Connection Token

To connect, you need a token that can be obtained in collaboration with our support team. Mailship team generates an Allegro link with a deviceCode, which must be confirmed within 1 hour. If not confirmed, the link will expire, and a new one will need to be generated.

Token Validity: The token remains valid for 3 months from the last processed order. Every processed order extends the token's validity by another 3 months.

If you do not process any orders within 3 months, you must renew the token.

2) Adding the Allegro Order ID

The Allegro Order ID must be entered into the REF1 field for each shipment created in Mailship. This field is essential for retrieving the shipping label from Allegro. Without this field, the label cannot be generated.

Integration with BaseLinker:

If you use BaseLinker, our middleware automatically transfers the Allegro Order ID into the REF1 field, as long as extra_field_1 is not configured to carry different information.

3) Selecting the Shipping Carrier

For Allegro marketplace orders, you must select the shipping carrier Allegro Delivery in Mailship. The recipient’s address and COD (if applicable) are automatically taken from the order details in Mailship.

If a pickup place is selected in the Allegro order, the shipment will be sent to that specific location based on the data received from Allegro. There is no need to send pickup place details during order creation.

4) Correct Order Status for Label Generation

To generate a shipping label, the Allegro order must be in a specific status. Ensuring this status is the client’s responsibility.

One example of a correct status is READY_FOR_PROCESSING.


Shipment Tracking

For shipments using Allegro Delivery, Mailship does not provide a tracking link, as Allegro does not supply tracking numbers. The status updates in Mailship are synced directly with Allegro’s status updates but may not always reflect the carrier’s current status.


Supported Countries and Carriers

Allegro Delivery supports shipments to the following countries: Czech Republic (CZ), Slovakia (SK), Poland (PL), and Hungary (HU).

Supported Carriers by Country:

  • CZ: WEDO, DPD, Zásilkovna

  • SK: DPD, Zásilkovna

  • PL: DPD

  • HU: DPD, Zásilkovna

Additional Services

No additional services are supported, including: Saturday delivery, Fragile handling, Additional handling, Evening delivery. “Own contract” shipping is also not supported. For more information, click here.
